About Michael Clawson
Originally from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Michael Clawson relocated to Austin in 1981 and graduated from UT-Austin with a dual-major in Management and Government. With over 30 years of experience in Real Estate, he brings a diverse background and skill set to his clients. He has personally undertaken many real estate projects of his own, including single family homes, multi-family projects, apartment buildings, and raw land. He enjoyed developing these projects in various states from beginning with raw dirt to taking on complex remodel projects. Many of his projects involved purchasing properties in older neighborhoods with historic significance such as the Clarksville Historic District, Bryker Woods, Tarrytown, Rosedale, Travis Heights and East Austin and remodeling those projects. In 2008 Michael earned the Certified Graduate Builder- Associate designation from the Home Builders of America (HBA) association!
