East Campus Graduate Apartments

East Campus Graduate Apartments are part of a new six-building complex in a desirable East Austin location close to the Forty Acres opening fall 2024. This community is reserved for graduate students at The University of Texas at Austin and is currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 academic year. Choose to live minutes away from the Forty Acres at East Campus Graduate Apartments and gain a Longhorn community with support staff and resident activities, strong ties to the University, and proximity to a vibrant restaurant, retail and entertainment scene.

Three floor plans are available to residents — studio, one bedroom and two bedroom — and all units come fully furnished with living room and bedroom furniture, and include central heating and air conditioning, appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher), and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rates include the cost of room, all utilities (electricity and water), laundry, internet and trash service. In the two-bedroom apartments, each resident will sign an individual housing contract and have their own bedroom and bathroom. Residents will also enjoy easy access to CapMetro, outdoor courtyards, multiple meeting rooms and study spaces, a large fitness center, and a convenient onsite restaurant.
